More rules and restrictions for the touristic rent in Ibiza?

Summer 2017: More rules and restrictions for the touristic rent in Ibiza could be possible.

The new law, if and when will  it be established by the local Parliament, could state more restrictions  for renting apartments to the tourists and also stronger sanctions (from 20000 till 40000 euros).

The news was published on the daily Diario De Ibiza (read here) and Periodico de Ibiza (read here).

Now we have to wait what really will happen, but this is a strong signal against the unlegal tourist rent of apartment.

Breaking news: El Row Ibiza announces the new location of summer 2017!

After many rumors few minutes ago El Row Ibiza announced officially the new location for summer 2017!

El row at Space Ibiza was one of the most successful parties of summer 2016, with  excellent guests as Joseph Capriati, Andrea Oliva, Marco Faraone.

El Row  in 2017 will move to Amnesia, every Saturday night.

The party will be celebrated from June 3rd to September 30th, the tickets for the opening party are already available.

The event will take place  in the club of San Antonio, Sunday, December 25th from  6pm till 6 am.

International Music Summit Ibiza announces 2017 edition!

IMS, International Music Summit, is one of the most influent festivals worldwide.

Next May will be celebrated in Ibiza  IMS 10th anniversary, and as usual it will be unmissable.

As all the years, IMS presents a program with many important guests, conferneces and events:  2017 edition will take place 24th till 26th May.

So, save the date,  because of the countdown for Ibiza 2017 has started.

The organizers said:”International Music Summit (IMS) is the three-day inspirational and educational platform held annually in the dance music capital Ibiza. A wide spectrum of electronic music industry professionals participate in a series of talks, interactive workshops, intimate networking opportunities, inspiring dinners and club events led by skilled experts, experienced business minds and talented artists.
 
IMS sets out to educate, inspire and encourage the sharing of new ideas and 2017 marks a decade of dynamic change in the sector and provides a theme for this year’s most engaging debates.
 
Founded by electronic music industry’s most respected individuals including Ben Turner, BBC Radio 1’s Pete Tong MBE, and Ibiza heavyweights, Danny Whittle, Mark Netto and Simeon Friend, participants and curators alike, they all share a passion for electronic dance music and culture and are invested in shaping its future. Ilario Alicante will play at Pacha Ibiza: the Italian dj and producer, one of the most loved artists of Cocoon, returns on the white island.

The party is named “Flash showcase”, and will take place  Friday, December 9th.
