Ocean beach, the beautiful location of San Antonio, has started the recruiting process for summer 2016.
This is the text of the announcement:
“We are back for our fifth summer on the beautiful Island of Ibiza and are making the OB experience even bigger and better than ever before! A summer of perfect poolside parties could not be possible without a great team behind us and now is your chance to become part of the Ocean Beach Family for summer 2016!
The positions we are recruiting for include:
- Waiters/Waitresses
- Bartenders
- Bar Runners/ Support
- Front of House Hosts/ Hostesses (Females must be comfortable wearing a swimsuit and shorts)
- Promotion Girls (up selling inside the venue, must be comfortable wearing a swimsuit and shorts)
- PRs
- Female Dancers (must be 5’6/ 168cm and above)
- Fully Qualified Massage Therapists
Please note that previous experience is necessary when applying for any of the above positions and you are only able to apply for one role.
We are recruiting online until Midnight Thursday Feb 25th 2016 only.
Once the process has closed, our HR team will be reviewing all the applications received. Unfortunately we will not be able to respond to everyone who applies, only successful applicants will be contacted from Feb 26th onwards.
All successful applicants from the online recruitment process will then be invited to a further interview with the Ocean Beach Team at a London or Ibiza Interview date to be arranged. At your interview the OB team will be able to discuss further details including positions, pay and hours of work. We do not provide accommodation for our staff free of charge but we do have our own accommodation options for you if successful at an extra cost.
All of our staff members need to have great energy, motivation, experience and a professional attitude. Applicants with previous experience in the job role will be considered only, references will be needed at a later date.
