Last season in Ibiza was very succesfull for Andrea Decuzzi, the italian creative owner of the brand Spoon My. This upcoming 2014 season will be rich of surprises!
Spoon My is well known for its ironic tshirts that most famous djs love to wear during their sets. The success of “Sorry I’m not a dj” is followed by “Sorry I’m not a dealer”
Ricardo Villalobos worn the first one during the opening of Cocoon on May 2013.
Two days ago he was spotted in Berlin wearing “Sorry I’m not a dealer” tee (in the picture below) and everybody became crazy about it!
Ibizabynight met Andrea Decuzzi and asked about his planning for summer on the island.
Andrea (in the picture below) said:”After the collaboration with Maceo Plex’s label, Ellum, Detroit in Milan, Greentech Pisa, I am ready to rock Ibiza. More shops will have my Spoons & T-Shirts. Latest news reveals a collaboration with the popular Italian Restaurant Makkeroni in Ibiza..
Stay tuned guys to know more about this project.. Surprises are just around the corner!”.
First of all, as we told previously, Ibiza by night doesn’t work in any field of real estate and isn’t involved in any real estate business.
We follow to hear many “bad” histories about the business of real estate in Ibiza.
We heard stories of people that had bad experiences in renting and buying apartments in Ibiza..and were scammed.
People that arrived in Ibiza and didn’t find the apartment and the “mediator” who received money in advance.. or found apartments absolutely different from the pictures… 😦
Summer 2014 in Ibiza has arrived, in these days ..many people think to rent or to buy an apartment just watching a web page… or a fb profile.
In Ibiza there are many honest and professional agencies and people working in the house rentals and sales, but there are also many scammers.
It’s absolutely important that you contact JUST people or agencies really existing on the island, people that has the opportune licenses and, of couse, a good reputation, because of ..probably the cheap apartment that you saw in the picture doesn’t exist..
For this reason, Ibiza by night, trying to help our community of readers, will interview certified and serious operators trying to give you useful suggestions to avoid scams and scammers!
But don’t forget the first suggestion: rent just from people that are really based on the island.
If you see the profile of someone as “Julian Ibiza Barcellona” and he/she says that is based in Barcellona..well you are just paying a double commission: this person doesn’t manage directly anything in ibiza, uses sub-agents..and you’re paying just a double commission.
So if you want save time and money.. try to contact people or based on the island.. or that has a permanent structure on the island… and still don’t forget to check the reputation or since how long is working in this business.
